As an Engagement Manager – SAP Data & Analytics, you will lead client engagements focused on SAP‑based data solutions and analytics initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Your Role- Lead end‑to‑end SAP Data & Analytics engagements—from project planning and execution to closure.
- Manage client relationships by facilitating regular communication, addressing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize engagement‑management tools to monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement SAP data solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and supporting proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices in SAP Data & Analytics projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience managing SAP Data & Analytics projects, ideally in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP data platforms (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence) and analytics tools.
- Hands‑on experience with engagement‑management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Professional certifications in SAP or project‑management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
