AI Product Designer

We are seeking a number of experienced Product Designers to join a specialist digital finance innovation hub based in Abu Dhabi.

Our client builds next-generation digital platforms at the intersection of financial services and intelligent technology. Backed by an established financial institution, this specialised team focuses entirely on incubating new concepts and scaling smart applications that simplify complex financial interactions.

As an experienced individual contributor, you will take full ownership of the user experience across advanced financial products - driving design quality, shaping product direction, and working with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user‑centred journeys, and play an active role in raising the bar for craft and consistency across the team.

• 5+ years of digital product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your process from research through to final production
• Prior experience working within the fintech sector or modern financial services
• Hands‑on experience designing interfaces for AI, machine learning, or data‑heavy applications
• Strong capabilities in user journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and high‑fidelity visual design
• Proven ability to work autonomously, lead design decisions, and drive work streams independently
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions to both technical and business audiences
• A track record of cross‑functional influence – shaping outcomes beyond the design lane

• Salary: up to 34k AED
