• Lead enterprise CRM and front-office transformation programs across wholesale banking and investment banking domains.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and comparable CRM solutions.
• Manage multi-program portfolios with interdependencies, ensuring strategic alignment and value realization.
• Direct program governance under regulatory scrutiny and audit-controlled environments.
• Manage transformation budgets exceeding 50m AED with strong financial discipline and benefits tracking.
• Translate executive strategy into measurable business outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, compliance, and operations units.
• Drive vendor selection, negotiation, and performance oversight within complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and governance standards.
• Promote delivery excellence across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Provide executive-level reporting, communication, and influence across senior leadership forums.
• Supervise and mentor program managers to build scalable leadership capabilities.

• University degree in Technology, Management, or equivalent; MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 plus years of program leadership experience within tier 1 global banking institutions.
• Proven success delivering enterprise CRM transformations within wholesale banking and capital markets.
• Strong exposure to regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Certifications such as SAFe, Prince2, or PMP are mandatory.
• Strong front-to-back banking transformation experience beyond purely IT-focused roles.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
