Position: Compliance & Optimization Manager - Abu Dhabi

Employer: Khidmah LLC Job Title: Compliance & Optimization Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Category: Compliance Description: Compliance & Optimization Manager is responsible for auditing procedures and performance of FM contracts while providing support to onsite teams in order to complete required documentation. The role will also provide Optimization studies to increase utilization of resources and minimize the actual cost to reach to ideal figures.


The Compliance & Optimization Manager has a unique insight into the deficiencies and performance of contracts and will work with the FM leadership to develop optimization and resourcing plans


1. Work with FM Senior Management to develop gap analysis and operational audit for each site

2. Conduct site audits and gap analysis of operations on all Khidmah contracts

3. Work with onsite FM’s to complete procedure documentation for their contracts

4. Present Plans and recommendation to simplify and stream line business processes and procedures

5. Report to Director of Commercial & Operation Support on the gap analysis of sites and provide recommendations

6. Work with the Director of Commercial & Operations support to improve efficiency and resource utilization

7. Work with the FM Senior management on the optimization of technicians and ensure a pool of staff are available to cover attrition in conjunction with Human Capital

Qualifications: · 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management

· Strong level of organizational skills

· Solid knowledge on CAFM systems and SAP transactions and system settings

· Excellent level of knowledge relating to MS Office.

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of H&S and environmental responsibilities. Willing to study for additional formal qualifications if necessary.

· Customer focused with sound commercial and financial awareness.

Able to establish relationships with clients, suppliers and across the FM business.
