Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic, Chinese, or Hindi language skills will be an advantage.
