HVAC Sales Engineer – Project Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project sales and business development with proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF VRV systems and related MEP solutions within the UAE market.

• Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC systems and associated MEP products for projects.
• Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
• Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
• Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.
• Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC systems.
• Previous experience working with reputed HVAC/AC brands is highly preferred.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, project sales, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
• Experience in project sales of AC equipment in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for AC equipment / MEP installations.
• Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
