Industrial Electrical Technician - UAE

We are looking for experienced Industrial Electrical Technicians for UAE projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, MCC panels, switch gear, transformers, VFDs, and control panels.
• Carry out cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing activities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose electrical faults and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
• Work on LV/MV systems, motors, generators, UPS, and industrial automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and electrical safety standards.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and report issues to supervisors.
• Support commissioning and shutdown activities when required.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Gulf experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and panel wiring.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Power Plant, Water Treatment, or Infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• PLC & Automation knowledge.
• Experience in MCC, VFD, Transformers, and Motors.
• Knowledge of electrical testing instruments.
• Familiarity with LOTO and safety procedures.
