Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage import clearances, transportation, and end-to-end logistics operations across UAE:
Khalifa Port, Jebel Ali, KEZAD, and Dubai terminals. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers (including ADNOC), transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of chemical products.
- Handle import clearance activities at Khalifa Port and Jebel Ali, including BOE processing and approvals for SIRA, MOH, MOFA, etc.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and clearance agents for inbound shipments.
- Manage logistics distribution and transportation from Abu Dhabi, KEZAD, and Dubai terminals.
- Schedule dispatches based on customer call-offs and sales instructions.
- Coordinate bulk chemical deliveries and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with key clients, e.g., ADNOC, for delivery schedules, sampling, and dispatch instructions.
- Prepare shipping documents, process delivery notes (intercompany, customer).
- Upload vendor invoices (GRPO) and delivery acknowledgements in SAP.
- Monitor inventory and consumables at KEZAD and support warehouse operations.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and optimize transportation costs.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Handle ISO tank allocations, returns, and related documentation.
- Verify vendor transporter invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve delivery issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the chemical/bulk/oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures and port operations.
- Experience working with ADNOC or similar large clients is an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience in SAP (logistics / MM module preferred).
- Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with hazardous material handling and chemical logistics.
- Ability to speak English;
Hindi is mandatory.
