​Based: ​​​Chief Operating Office ​w​ill shuffle between Lagos and Abuja, in a few instances Ogun State. Production Manager will be resident in Ogun State​.​

Job Description:
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for ensuring that the company maintain its market dominance and achieves its growth targets. He is responsible for increasing the company’s profit and expanding its products and customer reach. The COO is also to ensure that all factories run in an cost-efficient and timely manner, as to meet the demand of it old and new customers. He is overseas the marketing team and ensures

​- ​The Production Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all operational activities on the factory floor. Personnel at the branch responsible for leading a team of unit heads to ensure smooth running of production and delivery on set targets.

​- ​Chief Operating Officer​: ​Minimum qualifications for the job role include:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technology related field would be an advantage. 15 Years of quality of experience may be considered as an alternative.
Specialized knowledge: Armoring of civilian & military type vehicles, HR Administration, project management, operations management, total quality management and facility management
Skills: Analytical skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, Problem solving, Decision making
Abilities: Team building, Diplomacy, work under pressure
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Goal-driven, Agile, Assertive, process oriented, Emotionally Intelligent
Industry Experience: Armoring facility, Heavy Industry Facility, Military

Hours Per Day: ​8 – 10 hours​.​

Salary:​
​-​For COO: $50,000 to $100,000
​-​For Production Manager: $30,000 to $50,000

Nationality of Staff Required: ​Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Russia​.​

Start and Finish of Contract: Negotiable start, ​One year renewable contract​.​

Accommodatio​n: Provided by the company.​

Work permits: ​Provided by the company.​
