• 3 years experience in technology
• A+ certification preferred
• Experience in the MS Windows OS required
• Experience with Microsoft networks
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

• Provide hardware and network support for all educational and organizational needs throughout the school district, which includes 7 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 administration center.
• Successfully participate in training to update necessary skills for job functions.
• Assist with maintaining an inventory of District hardware and related documentation manuals.
• Provide ongoing technical support for staff and all hardware and software applications.
• Perform network patching and basic network repairs.
• Basic phone configuration.
• Perform basic Chromebook repairs.
• Create users and reset passwords in Active Directory.
• Windows computer re-imaging and basic repairs.
• Keep abreast of new developments related to hardware, software and systems requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Twelve-month year with salary to be established by the Board of Education (Salary range: $45,000-$48,000).
