Financial Additions has a 4-6 month contract position for a Supplier/Vendor Onboarding Specialist in Dallas. This is a hybrid role with a May 4 start date.
Responsibilities- Communicate with vendors (email and phone calls) regarding new changes to the supplier management portal.
- Provide registration support to vendors if they have questions or difficulty updating their information on the portal.
- Track and follow-up onboarding of vendors.
- 2+ years in vendor/supplier or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and writing emails.
- Good Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Enjoys repetitive work
- High School graduate - some college a plus
