In this role, you’ll work on Falcon Jet and Textron Hawker aircraft in a modern, state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a highly skilled team dedicated to excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on aircraft airframes, engines, avionics, and related systems in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and system issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Repair or replace aircraft components using proper tools, equipment, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities in EBIS and maintain records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Assist with inspections, disassembly, modifications, testing, and reassembly of aircraft components.
  • Support equipment maintenance and repair initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Turbine Aircraft Mechanic within the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Hands‑on experience working with Falcon Jet and Textron Hawker aircraft preferred.
  • Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a detail‑oriented, hands‑on approach.
  • Solid understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas, while maintaining strict safety standards.
