Role DescriptionThe Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, including reception, Delighted to Serve, and guest services. Candidate must have previous Full-Service Experience to be considered! FSPMS experienced candidate will be given priority! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications- Previous Front Office management experience required.
- FSPMS Knowledge is extremely advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Will work a minimum of two nights per week.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
