Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; assists Customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.;
Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning tasks and merchandise presentation according to standards.;
Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery to ensure neat, clean, and organized store; expedites merchandise to the floor per guidelines.;
Handles cash, card, and refund transactions following policy; responds to customer service calls and issues appropriately.;
Maintains awareness of Loss Prevention and safety protocols; protects confidential information and adheres to MOS policies.
