Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Expertise role based in Aguascalientes, AGU. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions via phone, and delivering exceptional experiences. The Customer Service Expert will act as the front-line support for clients, ensuring a professional and friendly service that aligns with the company's high standards.

Qualifications
Speak fluent Spanish and English
Completed bachelor's degree
Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues
Availability to travel with a valid visa and passport
Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and elevating Customer Experience
Professional Phone Etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to maintain a customer-focused mindset and build positive relationships
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges
Proficiency in a customer service CRM system is a plus
Experience in luxury retail or high-end product environments is an advantage
