Overview

With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. It has delivered many medical firsts, including the region’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center and the state’s first retina center.

The hospital also pioneered a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician. Hawai‘i Pacific Health clinic and hospital facilities have introduced procedures that dramatically lower trauma and discomfort for patients and shorten recovery time.

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab, you will provide professional and compassionate nursing services through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care. You will also function as an associate to a charge nurse and begin to assume charge nurse responsibilities over time. We are looking for someone with excellent patient‑care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

• Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CPR cards
• One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in an Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting or Critical Care

• Two (2) years recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Two (2) years recent acute care Registered Nurse experience supporting cardiac diagnostic imaging/conscious sedation
• Interventional cardiovascular and peripheral vascular Registered Nurse experience
• Critical Care Registered Nurse experience
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CPR cards
