General Description:
Program Manager performs responsible for organizing programs and activities, developing
programs to support strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
Specific Tasks:
• Guide teams through complex analyses of problems involving numerous disciplines and
developing innovative alternative action strategies/plans to meet or exceed defined
milestones.
• Communicate concise and accurate oral and written presentations to internal and external
customers regarding project implementation plans, status, changes, and new approaches,
including complex technical, organizational, and financial issues.
• Provide technical operations management expertise to assigned project management
teams, peers, senior management, and external customers.
• Develop required report documents including recommendations of baseline changes for
approval by manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   1 to 2 Years work experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or English, or a related area.
Other Requirements:
• Proven experience in program management.
• Ability to problem solve and identify options for completing assigned task(s).
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Very good
