We are hiring elite Medical Sales Representatives to onboard founding members across all seven regions of the UAE:
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Fujairah.
The role is a high‑yield, performance‑incentivized partnership for an initial 3‑month term, featuring an industry‑leading profit‑sharing model with instant payout structures. High performers who hit their onboarding targets during this phase will be immediately eligible to transition into a permanent full‑time corporate role with Mawrid, complete with a structured salary and corporate benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Market Penetration – hunt, pitch, and secure subscription commitments from premium clinics and Tier‑1 medical suppliers across your designated regions.
- B2B Relationship Management – leverage your professional network to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with procurement heads, clinic managers, and supplier directors.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership – manage the entire pipeline from cold outreach and platform demonstrations to contract execution and payment verification.
- Regional Outreach – travel to client sites across various emirates to conduct high‑impact in‑person presentations and secure platform partnerships.
- Location – you must currently reside in the UAE and possess a valid, ongoing residency visa (or Spouse Employment or Golden Visa).
- Experience – minimum 2 years of solid medical sales experience in the UAE market, active in the local market starting from at least 2024‑2025.
- Rich Professional Network – you must bring a pre‑existing robust network of established contacts within UAE medical clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or healthcare suppliers.
- Mobility – ability to work autonomously with the flexibility and mobility to cover client sites across different emirates as needed.
- Skills – exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; professional fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic is a major advantage.
