Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hard Services/MEP within a large-scale UAE facility (hospitals, universities, or malls).
- Ability to read blueprints and independently execute Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) on massive chiller systems.
- Clear criminal record to pass the mandatory Abu Dhabi CID and ASSD security clearance.
- Respond to emergency breakdown tickets across the UAEU campus within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames.
- Update and close work orders in real-time using the company's CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system via PDA.
- Conduct routine inspections of student dormitories and lecture halls, ensuring all HVAC units are functioning at optimal levels.
