Job Description
As a member of the Program Management - PPAP team, the PPAP Quality Engineer will be responsible for coordinating supplier and verifying quality standards in accordance with requirements of the organization and the customer.
Responsibilities- Executing PPAP Process for components and assemblies on the given time frame and milestones
- Coordination and steering of supplier PPAP submissions in terms of documentation and hardware.
- Ensuring the quality of submitted documentation by reviewing and analyzing it in detail.
- Effective communication to Customer Quality responsible to align requirements and milestones.
- Upload PPAP submissions in customer systems.
- Internal and external reporting of status and KPI's
- SQMS/ PIA Mercedes-Benz experience
- 2 - 5 years' experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge of auditing processes like VDA
6.3 / AIAG - Structured problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
English
