Greer's Markets - - Responsibilities:
Initiate and/or recommend hiring/firing, discipline, promotion and evaluation of Deli Bakery Department personnel;
Orient and train new Deli Bakery Department associates and retrain others as needed;
Develop a fair weekly labor schedule for all Deli Bakery Department associates for Store Director approval;
Maintain sales, gross profit and labor projections and strive to improve beyond those projections;
Supervise unloading of trucks, loading of stocking carts, product display, quality checks, inventory, and adherence to health and safety requirements
