1st Shift Production Associates

1st SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATEAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a 1st Shift Production Associate for a company based in Alabaster, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and assist with the full production of Automotive glass.

Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Sunday, Base Schedule 7:00am-3:00pm, but must be able to work overstime schedule if in high production3:00 am to 3:00 pm.1st Shift Production Associate
-Duties and Responsibilities Working on production line assembling glass or components for glass.

Applying primer and silicone to glass

Operating machinery as needed depending on the department you are in.

Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

-Qualifications and Requirements

A strong commitment to regular attendance and punctuality, as scheduled shifts are essential to business needs.

Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.

Physical strength and stamina to lift and move loads safely that are up to 25 pounds.

Job Type Full-time:
