About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Lead Azure Dev Ops Engineer to drive our cloud infrastructure, CI CD practices, and data pipeline architecture. You will be the technical anchor for the Dev Ops function — mentoring engineers, designing scalable ETL pipelines on Azure, and partnering closely with data engineering, platform, and product teams to accelerate delivery. This is a high‑ownership role that blends hands‑on engineering with team leadership.
Core Technical Requirements – Azure & Dev Ops
- 7–8 years in Dev Ops Cloud engineering roles
- Deep expertise in Azure Dev Ops:
Boards, Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts - Hands‑on experience with Azure services: ADF, Azure Functions, AKS, ETL using Azure Dev Ops
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and or Bicep ARM templates
- Expertise in CI CD pipeline design, branching strategies, and release management
ETL & Data Engineering
- Hands‑on experience designing and maintaining ETL ELT pipelines at scale
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent orchestration tools
- Experience with data Lakehouse patterns: ADLS Gen2, Azure Synapse
- Pipeline monitoring, alerting, and SLA management for data workloads
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or PySpark for pipeline scripting and transformation
