Job Description

Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This position requires the person to be the face of our company. This individual would be responsible for the following duties:

Answering phones

Checking voicemails

Sorting messages/mail

Delivering mail

Assisting with the all departments in the office

Sending out Mailings

Retail and Residential Tenant Correspondence

Tenant maintenance (fielding calls, relaying messages, follow up)

Daily correspondence with retail brokers

Attending meetings, taking notes and distributing meeting minutes

*Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe

Assisting with the accounting department to enter in A/R, A/P as needed

*Must have a reliable vehicle

Bank Runs

Deposit write ups

Must be able to work in a team environment as well as on their own.
