DePaula Ford-Mazda is hiring a call center representative to work in our Business Development Center scheduling appointments for our Sales Department.

BDC or call center experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm that will provide our customers with outstanding service.
- Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options
- Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
- Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
- Excellent phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self- motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
