Our strong remanufacturing roots combined with our 41 branch locations, a nationwide outside sales team of 25 and our close OEM & manufacturer partnerships make us unique in the industry – no one understands diesel engine failure analysis and parts better than M&D.

The Warehouse Associate will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

• Maintains an accurate running inventory.
• Restocks supplies and inventory.
• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
• Records, reports, and returns defective items.
• Packages orders and prepares them for shipment according to policy.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
• Inventory control including:
• Inspecting order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries.
• Performing quality checks on inventory.
• Conducting cycle counts.
• Reporting discrepancies to leadership.
• Following all Loss Prevention company policies.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with inventory control systems.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

• Ability to repeat motions.

• Ability to lift arms above shoulder level.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
