Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Psycho-Social Assessments on clients

• Document and maintain client records and activity reports

• Conduct individual counseling sessions for client support

• Engage with various stakeholders for client referrals

• Supervise resident adherence to rules and guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Services or related area

• Minimum one year of experience in social or correctional settings

• Skills in crisis intervention training required

• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s license

• Criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening needed
