We’re looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes for war d, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experience s.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge applications and products. Partnering with your team of UI / UX designers, developers, testers, business analysts, and leading user experience and content spe cia lists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features.

You Have:

3+ years of experience with technology work

2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst

Experience leading teams and client e nga gements

Experience documenting and managing requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops

Experience in requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues

Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, and presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings

Experience c ond ucting current
-state and target-state analysis and design for sof t war e applications

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Agile frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, Dev Ops, or SAFe

Experience with brainstorming tools such as Mural or Miro

Experience working with federal and DoD organizations, including the Air Force and Space Force

Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Agile Certification

Clearance:
