Meriplex Communications, Ltd. is seeking a Systems Analyst for their Technical Assistance Center in Albuquerque, NM. The successful candidate will provide customer-specific application support, troubleshoot network connectivity, and administer the incident response system. Required skills include basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and TCP/IP troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include A+, Network+, and Server+ certifications. This is an onsite position with various shifts available as the TAC operates 24/7.
