Appian tech lead

We are looking for an Appian tech lead to join our team in India.

• Lead all the development and implementation
• Drive analysis, design, and new development of Appian based applications
• Demo development efforts to Program team
• Manage testers/QA teams
• Manage UI/UX team
• Lead the building of applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.
• Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews
• Lead the development of Appian plugins
• Lead the building Appian embedded interfaces

• 8+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of Appian experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering meaningful results while working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Appian-SAIL, Java, Webservices, database, BPM, and Agile experience
