Installation Technician, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
Install complete HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, air handlers, coils) according to manufacturer specs, codes, and company quality standards.
Set equipment, connect ducting, line sets, electrical, venting, condensate drainage, and gas piping (where licensed/assigned).
Pressure test, evacuate, and charge refrigerant systems properly; confirm airflow, temperature split, and control setup at startup.
Complete clean, professional installs: proper hangers/supports, sealed penetrations, neat wiring, labeled components, and tidy mechanical room presentation.
Work with the lead installer to follow job scopes, manage materials, and coordinate with customers on access and expectations.
Complete install checklists, commissioning paperwork, and photos; communicate any scope changes or site issues to the office.
