KITCHEN MANAGER / CULINARY MANAGER
Excellent opportunity for a skilled Kitchen Manager / Culinary Manager with a casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Italian-American cuisine. The Culinary Manager manages food and beverage quality and safety, food inventories, and labor, and is responsible for all functions of running a shift. Competitive salary plus quarterly bonus. - 3-4 years kitchen management or culinary management experience in full service operation
- Experience with high volume ($2.5 Million +) in full service, casual dining
- Strong BOH skills and understanding of food P&L’s
- Strong guest focus
- Experience with scratch kitchen preferred
- Culinary degree a plus
