Job Description
The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing outstanding customer service via inbound and outbound calls and SMS texting.
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, empathetic, and personable.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promote the offers.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls.
- Place outbound calls to customers.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly metric goals
Job Requirements
The Customer Service Representative should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude while at work
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
- Must be willing to learn
- Must show up to work every day on time
- Work well in team environment to accomplish company goals
- Judgment, tact, and initiative to identify and solve problems
- Confident, action-oriented, multi-tasker and quick‑thinker
- Excellent interpersonal and phone skills
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
