The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Allen, TX, responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing the client acquisition process. This role manages the front-end sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, presenting service options, and closing sales while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, maintain an accurate CRM or lead tracking system, and prepare reports for leadership.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and scheduling team members who support sales, coordinating with clinical staff to align service offerings with client needs, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from first contact through follow-up. The role also involves participating in local outreach, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Proven experience in sales management or consultative selling, preferably in wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or related client-facing industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and communicate clearly with a diverse client base, both in person and by phone, email, and text.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools, along with basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).
- Comfort working with performance metrics, analyzing sales reports, and using data to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and coach team members to support sales goals and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple consultations, follow-ups, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service mindset with a professional, empathetic, and ethical approach to discussing health, wellness, and aesthetic services.
- Ability to work on-site in Allen, TX, including some evenings or weekends as business needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
