SIGRA is op zoek naar een ervaren persoonlijk begeleider voor de Oslostraat in Almere. In deze rol werk je in een betrokken team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de begeleiding van bewoners in een unieke, kleinschalige woonomgeving.
Met jouw ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg help je bewoners zo zelfstandig mogelijk te leven en versterk je de samenwerking in de wijk. Je krijgt de ruimte om impact te maken en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een zelforganiserend team.
