Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Apollo/Hub Spot Professional to join our team and support our clients' system optimization efforts. This role blends technical expertise with problem-solving and training skills to ensure smooth operations across engineering, production, and service functions. If you're passionate about improving workflows and empowering teams through smart systems, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Apollo and Hub Spot systems
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to streamline workflows
  • Train team members on Apollo/Hub Spot tools and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Support process improvement and system optimization initiatives
Skills Needed
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to train and support users across departments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Technical proficiency with Apollo, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
Knowledge Required
