What does a great Enterprise Training Specialist do?

Enterprise Training Specialist is focused on providing education on the commercial banking applications for financial institutions. You will have the opportunity to interact with a variety of groups within the financial institution including executives, sales, and customer services. You will have opportunity to travel to the financial institutions to provide the training along with remote training. Will look for new ideas, approaches, and insights to better provide the training for the financial institutions. We have a high set of standards around our training programs and looking to grow the opportunity. Ability to effectively interact with clients to understand training needs and deliver training sessions that delight the clients.

As an Enterprise Training Specialist, you can look forward to:

* Providing insights and knowledge of Commercial Banking products to financial institutions
* Interactions with a variety of roles within the financial institution
* Providing best practices in Commercial Banking
* Providing both onsite and remote learning sessions
* Building out new training opportunities
* Meet or exceed targeted goal of training hours
* Gain client references with successful experiences

You are someone who:

* Has accountability for ensuring quality delivery of training related to commercial banking products and services.
* Provides oversight, proactive planning and is aligned closely with Fiserv implementations, development, product management and client services
* Develops and maintains training courses and materials through in-person visits and remote learning to help carry out their training requirements
* Acts as the primary point of contact for training and best practice training needs
* Ensures metrics are met or exceeded; drives Client satisfaction through gathering and disseminating feedback to drive performance improvements
* Tasked with understanding the client's environment to ensure full utilization of our solutions for maximum benefit
* Provides various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 3+ years of training experience in the banking or related industry (preferably in Commercial Banking)
* Experience in building training materials
* Strong PC skills, particularly with MS Office applications
* Customer Service and Conflict Management skills
* Professional written/verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work after-hours/on-call/ weekend as needed basis
* Travel- 50%

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

* Knowledge of Fiserv systems
* Knowledge of commercial online banking and payments
* Ability to identify needs, formulate a plan, and execute plan through resolution
* Solid administrative skills, such as planning, organizing, and time management
* Business Acumen
* Seasoned individual who can manage complex commercial banking training sessions
* Requires management and leadership skills with the ability to operate at an executive and tactical level using both sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to simultaneously manage complex situations
