Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs, define ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.), and map them to Service Now capabilities.
- Create and own the Service Now architecture design.
- Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
- Evaluate integration requirements with third-party tools (Active Directory, monitoring tools, etc.).
- Validate customizations and workflows for compliance with customer requirements.
- Support in licensing and platform procurement discussions.
- 15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Service Now modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
- Expertise in Service Now integrations using APIs, MID servers, etc.
- Certifications:
Service Now Certified Master Architect (preferred) or Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
