- Analyze business requirements, project scope and develop network designs and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization's overall IT strategy and goals.
- Participate in solution design and execution.
- Collaborate with Customer IT teams, to ensure that the Design solutions meet the organization's network & security requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot different OEM products, to ensure proper operation of the SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to the architectural design and standards.
- Align with changing network solutions and architectures to keep up with changing business needs, technologies, and industry standards.
- Monitor the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Document the solution and provide training to other team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
- Interface with vendors regarding evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear.
- Work on resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages.
- Manage SOPs, knowledge documents, KB articles.
