We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Transportation Management System (TMS) build and implementation initiatives. This role will focus on requirements gathering, workflow design, and enabling IT build teams to deliver scalable transportation solutions.

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and operations stakeholders
Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs, and process flows
Define end to end transportation workflows, including:
- Inbound / outbound shipment flows
- Carrier onboarding and service configurations
- Integration approaches (EDI, APIs, portals)
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for IT build teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment
Identify and document:
- Data and reporting requirements
- Standard vs client specific process needs
Support solution design discussions with engineering and integration teams
Participate in SIT and UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
Drive standardization of transportation processes and workflows across implementations
