Key Qualifications:
  • Current and active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in Electrophysiology (EP) nursing
  • National certification in EP or Cardiac Nursing preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proficiency in EP lab procedures, patient monitoring, and emergency interventions
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
  • Support and monitor patients before, during, and after EP procedures
  • Assist physicians with electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantations
  • Administer medications and manage conscious sedation as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
  • Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and care plans
