National Sales Representative

National Sales Executive – Alvin, TX (Houston Area)

In‑Person | OTE: $100K+ (Uncapped earning potential) | Car package: monthly allowance

We are looking for a relationship‑driven sales professional who knows how to grow accounts and hunt for new business. This role is a strong mix of 75% account management (build, retain, expand) and 25% new business development (identify, pursue, close).

• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Develop new accounts across a national territory
• Build long‑term client relationships
• Sell custom print solutions (labels, signage, wraps, and more)
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high‑quality results
• Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals

• 3–5+ years of sales experience (printing is a plus, not required)
• Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑starter mindset – you know how to own your day
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, small‑business environment

• Base salary: $45K
• Commission: 1.5% on existing accounts
• Commission: 4% on new business
• Monthly car allowance
