Sr.) Operational Risk Specialist - Banking

You are the operational risk professional, part of the Risk Management department and directly reporting to CRO.

You are eager to learn quickly, take ownership, and want to develop into a senior operational risk manager. The following are required qualifications:

• Independent and proactive professional capable of shaping and strengthening the operational risk framework.
• Comfortable in constructively challenging stakeholders and acting as a countervailing power at all levels of the organization.
• 4‑8 years of experience in Operational Risk, Operational Audit, or Risk Consulting.
• Experience with in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech, or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision for operational risk management.
• Strong understanding of non‑financial risk frameworks and governance.
• Self‑starting mentality and comfortable working across multiple topics simultaneously.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Able to liaise with regulators and supervisory bodies.
