About the Role

For one of our international partners in the tech industry, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to drive company‑wide financial planning, forecasting and performance management.

Based in Amsterdam, this role operates at a corporate level and plays a central role in connecting financial performance with business drivers. You will work closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights that support strategic decision‑making, investment planning and target setting.

As Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, you own the consolidated planning and forecasting agenda across the organisation. You lead a team responsible for corporate‑wide forecasting, performance reviews, scenario modelling and trend analysis, while ensuring alignment between corporate FP&A and commercial FP&A teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced FP&A leader who enjoys operating at scale, influencing senior stakeholders and combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What You ll Do Corporate planning & forecasting
  • Lead the corporate forecasting and planning cycles across financial and operational metrics, including revenues, expenses and key performance indicators
  • Own the consolidation of financial plans and forecasts across business units, ensuring consistency, alignment and transparency
  • Ensure forecasts are accurately reflected in FP&A systems, with clear variance analysis and performance narratives
Performance management & insights
  • Provide in‑depth performance analysis, trend identification and scenario planning to support strategic decision‑making
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and executive forums
  • Support analytical deep‑dives on growth drivers, cost optimisation, investment decisions and strategic initiatives
Stakeholder partnership & alignment
  • Act as a trusted FP&A partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Drive alignment on financial targets, methodologies and performance metrics across teams and regions
  • Strengthen collaboration between corporate FP&A and commercial FP&A teams
FP&A transformation & leadership
  • Lead the continuous improvement of corporate FP&A processes, tools and ways of working (P&L, KPIs, driver‑based models)
  • Promote automation, standardisation and best‑in‑class analytics across the FP&A function
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance within complex, international organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering high‑impact analysis and influencing senior leadership decision‑making
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesise large datasets into clear insights
  • Experience with FP&A systems, financial tools and data environments (e.g. BI platforms, SQL, ERP, planning tools)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience in tech, marketplace or other data‑driven international organisations
  • Exposure to large‑scale FP&A transformations or system implementations
  • Experience working in matrixed, multi‑region environments
