Job description

Role summary

Sanne is looking for a candidate to fill a definite role as administrator, assisting the team managers in running the team structures on a day to day basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with (Associate) Directors and Managers as part of the team;
  • Administration of client matters;
  • Prepare or review board resolutions, shareholders resolutions and agreements for client matters;
  • Review and update client acceptance files;
  • Acting as an intermediate between all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Assist with the management of projects and client take-on; 
  • Provision of mentoring support to more junior members of staff;
  • Database administration;
  • Process client transactions in an efficient manner;
  • Monitor diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis;
  • Provide general team administration assistance as required;
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the executive incentives team;
  • Generally act in the best interests of the company by supporting team members.
  • Requirements

    Skills / experience required

  • Driven, confident, flexible and engaged
  • Having a Masters in Dutch Corporate, Notarial or Fiscal Law is preferable
  • Trust (or funds) experience in a professional environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken (Dutch is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of local regulatory environment 
  • Position Requirements
    Less than 1 Year work experience
