As an S&OP Specialist at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), you are at the heart of our European planning process. You collect and validate data, build reports and dashboards, and help different teams align on one integrated plan for demand, supply and inventory. With your analytical mindset and strong communication skills, you support our EU suppliers together with your colleagues and contribute to overall business growth targets in Sales and EBITA.
At the Supply Chain department our purpose is to deliver the right quality, right product at the right moment (OTIF). Next to that we always look for (cost) efficient improvements to deliver to the company results.
What will you do as S&OP SpecialistIn this newly created role, you support the setup and running of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for our European supplier base. Your focus is on collecting data, preparing reports and helping teams align on one shared view of demand, supply and inventory.
You will- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle by collecting data, updating templates, and preparing standard reports and presentations for key stakeholders;
- Maintain and validate core demand and supply data (forecasts, orders, inventory, capacity) and resolve data quality issues with relevant teams;
- Build and update recurring reports and dashboards on demand, supply and inventory performance, analyse deviations versus plan, and run ad‑hoc scenario analyses;
- Act as a central contact point for S&OP data and questions, organise cross‑functional (pre‑)S&OP meetings, and help align Sales, Supply Planning, Project Management and Finance around one integrated plan;
- Support conflict resolution by providing neutral, fact‑based analysis and clearly outlining trade‑offs between service, cost and inventory;
- Drive continuous improvement of S&OP reports, templates and data flows, document best practices, and support small automation initiatives together with IT or data teams.

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration;
- 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, S&OP, planning, data analysis, finance or a similar analytical role (internships and trainee programmes also count);
- Strong analytical mindset and accuracy with numbers; comfortable working with datasets, validating data and translating analysis into clear, simple messages for non‑technical stakeholders;
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with interest in learning planning or BI tools;
- Clear communication skills and willingness to work with stakeholders from different functions;
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude, openness to learn as the S&OP process develops, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities;
- Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA) and ERP systems is a plus.
