Position: Sales Director - Amsterdam

Description

RTB House Benelux B.V., part of RTB House Group is looking for an experienced Sales Director, who will lead dynamic B2B sales growth in the Benelux region. If it feels like the right type of challenge for you - contact us!

What you will do:

  • have full responsibility for RTB House sales performance in the Benelux market;
  • implement both short-term and long-term market development strategy;
  • identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value;
  • build and manage the sales team;
  • reporting and strategy building in direct cooperation with the managing director.
  • Requirements:

  • extensive experience in direct sales of advertising solutions in the online environment (preferably e-commerce);
  • knowledge of digital performance marketing tools;
  • extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising;
  • demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
  • ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
  • demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
  • an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
  • Dutch language is a must;
  • fluency in English.
