Reservations Agent, Alaska Collection

Join our team for the 2026 Spring/Summer Season. This role will start April1 with an October1 end date.

• Handle phone call, email, and chat inquiries.
• Qualify and upsell potential clients.
• Maintain accurate reservations and information in the reservation system.
• Assist guests with questions while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Build and maintain rapport and business relationships with travel trade partners.
• Work closely with Sales Managers on key accounts.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisors and key team members.

• 1–2 years of experience in a call‑centre environment (preferred).
• Fluent in English; secondary language skills may be an asset.
• Proven ability to work independently within a fast‑paced team environment.
• Cordial telephone manners.
• Proficient with computers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to upsell guests.
• Prior knowledge of Maestro is an asset.
• Must consent to a criminal record check.
