Job Description

Local manufacturing client seeks experienced Office Administrative Assistant to provide support in their busy manufacturing plant. This is a great, stable opportunity for a full time candidate. Typical hours are 8AM-5PM. This is a contract to hire role with long term potential.


We are looking for an energetic and positive person to join family owned and operated company to provide support in all administrative and clerical duties including:

  • Assist management team with tasks
  • Handle busy multi-line phones
  • Manage mail items
  • Create office literature
  • Greet visitors
  • Update lease and proposals for commercial properties
  • AR and collections support
  • Vendor updates
  • Basic bookkeeping

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience with bookkeeping/accounting support
  • 3+ years experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong computer skills, organized and able to multitask
