The Opportunity:

Enel Green Power is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of renewable generation resources around the world.

Commercial Office North America is responsible for developing a network of business partners interested in renewable energy and sustainable business practices that support the development of new renewable generation resources in North America through long term agreements.

What You'll Do at Enel:

  • Implement and maintain CRM solution to support the North America Commercial Office in selling renewable energy solutions to corporate and industrial customers.
  • Help define and implement the sales and marketing funnel in CRM.
  • Create and implement workflows to support sales and marketing processes.
  • Suggest and implement metrics and key performance indicators to measure sales and marketing performance.
  • Create sales and marketing reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify ways to attract new customers and assist in the rollout of improved processes.
  • Continuously enhance and reconfigure CRM to support new business objectives and improve sales and marketing productivity.
  • Create training materials and troubleshooting documentation to provide optimal utilization of the CRM database, conduct user workshops, and coordinate the effective collection of information.
  • Bulk import/update data as necessary, perform data integrity analysis and data cleansing as needed.
  • Maintain other sales-related data sources as necessary (e.g. spreadsheets, file systems, and databases)
  • Who You Are:

  • Experience maintaining and utilizing CRM databases.
  • Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Passion for renewable energy, combating climate change, and promoting corporate sustainability a plus.

  • Ability to address current needs of the organization while anticipating future issues or needs.
